Client: Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC)
Studio 141 worked directly with MPAC to establish the look and feel of the report using key pieces from the previous year’s report. The annual report not only had to reflect the client’s new brand guidelines, but also act as a showcase for the new brand look and feel. As there were print and digital editions with slight variations in content, there had to be a smooth transition between digital and print editions, as well as client-mandated accessibility requirements.
MPAC is an independent, not-for-profit corporation funded by all Ontario municipalities, accountable to the province, municipalities and property taxpayers. MPAC is the largest assessment jurisdiction in North America, assessing and classifying more than five million properties with an estimated total value of $2.59 trillion.
