Studio 141 was commissioned to create a brand identity for PEO’s 30th anniversary while working within the brand’s established colour palette. The scope of work included a 30th anniversary logo, their 2016/17 annual report, a redesign of their educational material and all support materials for both print and digital. Subsequent work included banners, their 2017/18 report, and various promotional materials.

The Pay Equity Office is responsible for enforcing the Pay Equity Act. The Pay Equity Office investigates and resolves pay equity complaints and objections to pay equity plans by order or notice of decision. The Pay Equity Office also provides programs and services to help people understand and comply with the Act. The Commission promotes gender economic equality by enforcing pay equity rights through effective case and complaint management; understanding gender wage gap through research; and promoting awareness to advance economic equality for Ontario’s working women.
